Itemize and document financial related costs of a project.  Categorize the costs by CapEx or OpEx, establish a Budget, Forecasts and Actuals, and then describe the costs from a variety of types such as equipment, software, labor, etc.  Financials may be captured by year and quarter, and reports roll up totals across types, periods or categories.  Available at the Project Online Project Workspace sub-site level.
